- Hotels shown are indicative. Alternate hotels of similar standards will be offered if they are not available at the time of confirming the booking.
- Some locations, activities or events might be unavailable due to adverse weather conditions, if that happens we will provide you with alternatives.
- Currency fluctuations will also impact the prices indicated.
- Issue of the visa is at the sole discretion of the Sri Lankan immigration department

PAYMENT POLICY
- Payments are required within three days, except where circumstances dictate that we request otherwise.
- To confirm the tour we require an advance payment of 50% and required to balance payment prior to seven days to the arrival.
- Please note that without an advance payment we will not be able to book your tour or accommodation.
- There will be no additional postage fees, booking fees or other hidden charges. Exchange rates are based on live on-day rates at the time of booking and are not subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- In event of cancellation, in whole or part, we voluntarily return all recoverable costs, above and beyond the limits laid down in our Booking Conditions subject to the cancellation order being made six weeks prior to arrival or start of tour whichever comes first.
- We will refund 100% of the hotel reservations if canceled 60 days prior to arrival and 90% of the other services if canceled 21 days prior to arrival.
- Other cancellation refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, whether provided directly or indirectly by us. We do not normally refund for early checkouts or no-shows.
REFUND POLICY
All Excursion Ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of any excursion being canceled for reasons beyond Ultimate Sri Lanka Tours control, a full refund will be made. If any excursion is abandoned through force or difficulties En route, the best possible refund will be arranged according to the circumstances after consulting the Management.

SPECIAL NOTES
- All prices are inclusive of tax and service charges. Government taxes are subject to change.
- Transport price includes accommodation for the driver.
- All reservations subject to availability at the time of booking the holiday.
- The standard check-in time is 1400hrs and check out time is 1100hrs
- Please note that the given time duration from one destination to another destination can be short or longer due to weather, traffic and unavoidable reasons.
DRIVING HOURS
- The driving hours mentioned in the presented itinerary are entirely based on Google Maps.
- Driving in Sri Lanka is unique when compared with other countries.
- Therefore, even though Google Map shows the hours accordingly from one location to another, in practice it will not be the same due to weather, traffic, and unavoidable reasons.
HOTEL BOOKINGS & SELECTING HOTEL ROOMS
- Hotels are subject to availability at the time of receiving the final confirmation.
- Therefore, in case of unavailability, we will be changing the hotel but it is difficult to guarantee that we can find a hotel at the same price.
- Due to this reason, the final tour cost may vary depending on the hotel.
- As Travel Agents, we only have the possibility to choose the Room Category, not the room view.
- In case if you mentioned specifically the room requirement we arrange it accordingly.
- Therefore, in order to minimize the issues please go through the room categories which we mentioned in the itinerary.
- If the hotel or the room category does not match your preferences please let us know then we can change it based on your requirement.
- And do note that changing the room categories may increase the final tour costing.

- You can always let us know your feedback according to your preference.

TRAIN TICKETS
- In Sri Lanka, we have only 44 first-class train tickets, and due to this, almost all travel agents are preparing to secure them ASAP.
- The railway department of Sri Lanka releases the tickets one month in advance and almost half of the tickets are sold within the first 24 hours.
- Due to the high demands and the limited allocation, the first-class tickets tend to get sold out quick. We can assure you a seat in the Train, but we cannot guarantee the class of the train ticket.
